This track was recorded in Open Door Studios in Limerick City in May this year - I've just come away from a tour in the UK where they're coming to the end of Mental Health Awareness Week. A great initiative.
Every week should be Mental Health Awareness Week, really.

Later this month I'll re-release Tug O' War, a track that talks about my own struggles with anxiety.
This song however is about men's mental health, and the obstacles put in place in our society that prevent men from opening up and talking.

All proceeds from sales of this track will go to JigSaw - an Irish charity that help young people under the age of 18 who can not access formal mental health diagnoses
